Collecting Silver coins is it best to collect culls for?

the silver content or is it best to collect them graded or preium qua;ity. I do not plan on selling them but maybe my kids will enjoy them when I leave this old world. Or what is the best thing to collect in coins? If so where is a good site to purchase quality
