How do you replace the rear blinker bulb on a 2004 Grand Caravan?

I was going to replace the right rear bulb for my wife's caravan but after looking it over I noticed there is no easy access to the bulb. It appears that the only way to access the bulb is from the inside after taking off the plastic interior panel. I went to an automotive parts store to find a Haynes manual and could not find one there for this model and I don't want to just try and pull off the panel and break any of the fasteners. If anyone has any idea where I can get a manual online or if they know how to get the panel off properly i would appreciate there input. It is really going to piss me off if I have to take the van in to the dealer and pay $100 for them to replace a bulb.
