Enlarged left ventricle. but normal stress test 3 months ago?

I went to a heart screening at a local hospital. They did an EKG and an echocardiogram. They just sent me a letter saying I had an enlarged left ventricle. I just had a stress test, and chest xray 3 months ago (because of shortness of breath) and they came out normal. So I am confused??? What other tests can I do to find out what the problem is. I know I need to see a doctor but I have terrible insurance and want to know what I am in for.
