18/m, what should i wear to an interview for the California Conservation Corps?

they pay minimum wage, and mostly do demanding physical labor, so if i showed up in a suit and tie, would i be overdressed? they said to "dress like you want the job", so should i show up wearing a nice pair of jeans, shoes, and a on down shirt, or should i dress more formally?
