Can a Xenon JTag use ALL KV's, even the ones from Xbox's that were just bought?

I just bought a JTag Xbox, and I am wondering if i bought a brand new xbox, and used the kv out of that, to unban my jtag, would it work? I don't think it will, but I know that Xenon's can use all kv's. THANKS!
