Every girl i know likes my boyfriend! Help!?

Okay, so my boyfriend is quite the ladies man apparently. Just about every girl i know likes him (yeah, even some of MY friends have crushes on him!) And it's not that i don't trust him. He tells me how much i mean to him all the time. I know he would never hurt me by cheating on me or anything, and we are in no danger of breaking up, it's just...I'm starting to get really annoyed by all of these girls liking him! And i'm so scared i'm going to turn into some sort of obsessive, psychopathic girlfriend! I don't want to scare him away...I just really need to find a way to deal with my jealousy. Do any of you guys know a healthy way to deal with this? It's driving me insane!
