Help! How should minority rights be balanced with majority rule?...?

Our form of government, a republic, was created by the founding fathers to ensure that the majority would not rule. Most New World colonists left Europe to escape majority rule and it will not be instituted here in America until the winner of Islam vs. Hispanics is decided.
