How long does an ounce of La mer Moisturizing creme last and should I try it?

I'm thinking about trying it. I have sensitive dry skin sometimes get acne, am 22 and willing to make a splurge on this because I buy very little make up, on most days I don't wear any. Do they sell this at Sephora?
