The inside of my ears itch like crazy when i have fruit.?

That happens to me too! Except it's not when I eat fruit, but at random moments. My mom who is a nurse said it is a form of allergic reaction, so it must be the kind of fruit you are eating. I have heard of people being allergic to citrus, so maybe there are other kinds too. Pay attention to when it happens, and then remember not to eat that fruit. If you really like it then I guess you could still eat it, but get that itching. It isn't harmful though, just annoying.
