Making men turn heads...?

So i donno what the deal is but I tend to have men stare at me when I walk in the door. it's weird because I don't feel like I am hot. people tell me that I pretty of cute..but it doesn't get to me at all. I just think I am decent...but guys gaze into my eyes?....I mean I dress conservative...could it be that I am latina and have differen't features?
