My Kittens eyes started leaking just after i got him now its gettin way worsee.. someone help :S?

Ok so i got this kitten welli guess hes not to much of a kitten, hes 8 months old, i got him from an animal resuce place, hes soo playfull and hes always running around hes just an all around goof but l his eyes started to leak about 3 weeks ago so i called the vet and they said that since it was just clear not to worry it was just blocked tear ducks .. now his whole eyes are all crusty and its like milky stuff ?? .. also hes starting to squint alot,, other then that hes still his crazy self .. no coughing sneezing, hes acting normal ? .. i dunno what it might be ? or what i should doo .. any suggestions ?
