build an exact replica of the Titanic, charge $20,000 a head and sail it across the Atlantic on the 100th anniversary of the first voyage. Hire a renegade Russian sub to sink it at the exact spot, and as the ship takes on water,announce to the pengers that there are only enough lifeboats for one third of them.
