Cabal setup wont start anything?

oh ok i know your problem - right click in and then go into properties and set it to run in adminstrator mode- then when you run it this box will pop up saying do you want to allow this program to run click allow- oh and sometimes with really big games like cabal the allow box may take a few minutes to pop up so if it doesnt pop up immediatly go watch tv or something and come back later. when i first got vista i had this same problem with game remember set it in ADMINISTRATOR MODE!!!
