What is the name of this film!?

Well i saw this film about 4-6 years ago..all i can remember is...a boy who lives in a desert and i think he meets some people..like a cowboy comes out down from a tornado and i remember a lumberjack and a bad man who has a big train and at the end its coming through the tunnel and the lumberjack comes and chops down all the beams in the tunnel..this film has been troubling me for a long time...plz no comments like ''i dont know'' i think its a kids film
