I had a dream that my friend had gotten me pregnant?

In my dream I was 1 or 2 months along. I was still in highschool and everybody knew I was pregnant, but they all sympathized. I remember always feeling my baby bump and at times it would be big but then at times it would be flat. I also remember trying to recollect exactly how I got pregnant but I couldn't remember. The father was my friend/prom date Ryan. He likes me a lot but I hold no romantic feelings towards him which is why this is really weird for me. Can someone help me explain my dream?
