Is it really THAT horrible to name your son Charlie, not Charles?

I personally don't think it's wierd at all. I grew up with a friend named Charlie, not Charles. Who says someone named Charlie can't grow up to be a respected professional person? You could always call him Chuck also as a nickname. Name your son whatever you want to. Charlie is a completely fine and respectable name.
