ManHunt 2 PS2?

I need help on the mission called Best Friends. Someone tell me ways to kill all the men that need to be killed so I can get to my friend and get the keys from him for the boat. Also is there any cheats for it. I have looked on Gamespot and IGN but they didn't have any cheats walkthroughs. But, if you have ped this mission tell me how you did it.
